Innovative Learning and Teaching in Higher Education
Overview
The evolving demands of the market require continuous innovation in the education sector, with higher education playing a pivotal role in developing skilled professionals across various fields. This project focuses on improving learning assessment, pedagogical approaches, and student-centered methods in higher education to cultivate a positive learning culture. Key research areas include understanding learning styles, rapport building, effective lesson planning, student engagement, assessment methods, and syllabus design. Using a mixed-method research approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data from all higher education stakeholders, the study aims to provide insights that can be applied to institutions across the UAE and globally to enhance learning outcomes and teaching practices.
